How do I access my tenant portal?
Email us at TheEdmondsHC@gmail.com so we can send you an email invitation from our system. The invite will include a link that will allow you to create your online account and access everything related to your lease. From then, you'll log in using your email address and the password you set.
When is rent due?
Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment to avoid any late fees. We recommend setting up an auto-payment to lower the stress of forgetting.
Can I have my rent auto-debited from my bank account?
Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account
Who is responsible for what?

are there any fees associated with moving in?
Each unit is different but typically there are some associated costs with moving in and setting up your online account. We try our best to minimize all costs and fees associated with moving in.
